Jumping the shark

I just read about this phrase in wikipedia. I like the phrase. In a Buddhist context it could also denote a lot of authenticity. The moment when people went through the motions and sold out in a way.

I got to that phrase through looking up Danny's use of the phrase Cousin Oliver.
