Because of the information age, we have more information. Coffins cost less now. Cops kill people with impunity, until recently in Minnesota, and now they're held accountable in Minnesota. We happen to be going through a number of self created crisis. People got all "don't impinge on my freedom" and that extended and intensified the Covid pandemic, and global warming really seems to be real.
When you meditate and tune into yourself, the information can be negative. But it leads to growth if you can stay with it. I'm hoping for growth from humanity.
